When are classes on?

Adult Classes

Everyone is welcomed to every class. All times are Brisbane local.

Morning Classes

545am-7am

Mid-Morning Classes

11am-12pm

Evening Classes

530pm-7pm

Kids classes

Children are welcomed into their respective age groups. Classes capped at 20 children.

Ground Gremlins

4pm-445pm

From 4-8 years old. Monday to Thursday classes.

Grappling Avengers

445pm-530pm

From 9-14 years old. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday classes.

Our adult classes are coached by black belts who build sessions around how your body actually works - not a textbook version of it. If you've got a dodgy shoulder, a bad back, or a knee you've been babying for two years, that's not a reason to wait. That's exactly what we're built for.


Whether you're here to get fit, learn real self-defense, or just find something you'll actually stick to - adult classes run six days a week at A-Team, and no two sessions feel the same.

 Three purpose-built programs take students from age 4 through to adult competition level — at their pace, not ours.

 Learning through play. Ground Gremlins classes build coordination, focus, and confidence in a structured space where kids grow without pressure. Research shows movement-based learning at this age creates lifelong physical literacy.

The bridge between childhood and adolescence — a key stage for building resilience and learning to handle challenges. Structured, engaging, and physically demanding in all the right ways. Now taking new students.

Structured training in a supervised environment alongside experienced grapplers. With parental consent, teens ready for the challenge may progress to adult classes — accelerating development under strict, safe supervision.
